4. Detach the brake caliper from the brake anchor plate.
5. CAUTION: Cap the brake hose to prevent fluid loss or dirt ingress.
Remove the brake caliper.

Disconnect the brake hose.
Installation
1. Loosely connect the brake hose to the brake caliper.
2. CAUTION: When the brake caliper piston is retracted into the piston housing, brake fluid will be displaced into the brake fluid reservoir.
Using the special tool, retract the brake caliper piston.
