Removal and Installation

Removal

NOTE:
NOTE:Removal steps in this procedure may contain installation details.
  1. Remove the air conditioning (A/C) compressor belt tensioner.
    Refer to: Air Conditioning (A/C) Compressor Belt Tensioner (303-05B Accessory Drive - 2.5L Duratec-RS (VI5)/2.5L Duratec-ST (VI5), Removal and Installation).
  1. Remove the accessory drive belt.
    Refer to: Accessory Drive Belt (303-05B Accessory Drive - 2.5L Duratec-RS (VI5)/2.5L Duratec-ST (VI5), Removal and Installation).

  1. Torque: 45 Nm

Installation
  1. NOTE:
    NOTE:Make sure that the belt tensioner is aligned to the belt tensioner bracket.
    To install, reverse the removal procedure.
