Disconnect the battery ground cable. For additional information, refer to Section  414-01 Battery, Mounting and Cables.

Remove the throttle body. For additional information, refer to Section  303-04A Fuel Charging and Controls / 303-04B Fuel Charging and Controls / 303-04C Fuel Charging and Controls / 303-04D Fuel Charging and Controls - Turbocharger.

Remove the intake manifold upper retaining bolts.

Remove the exhaust heat shield retaining bolts (two bolts).

Raise and support the vehicle. For additional information, refer to Section  100-02 Jacking and Lifting.

Remove the engine undershield (two nuts and four bolts).

Disconnect the exhaust downpipe from the exhaust manifold (six nuts).

Disconnect the exhaust downpipe (three bolts).

Remove the exhaust heat shield.

Remove the exhaust manifolds (12 nuts).

Install the exhaust manifolds (12 nuts).

Position the exhaust heat shield to the exhaust manifold.

Install the exhaust downpipe (three bolts).

Connect the exhaust downpipe to the exhaust manifold (six nuts).

Install the engine undershield (two nuts and four bolts).

Lower the vehicle.

Install the exhaust heat shield retaining bolts (two bolts).

Install the intake manifold upper retaining bolts.

Install the throttle body. For additional information, refer to Section  303-04A Fuel Charging and Controls / 303-04B Fuel Charging and Controls / 303-04C Fuel Charging and Controls / 303-04D Fuel Charging and Controls - Turbocharger.

Connect the battery ground cable. For additional information, refer to Section  414-01 Battery, Mounting and Cables.
