Removal and Installation

Removal

  1. Remove the B-pillar trim panel.
    For additional information, refer to B-Pillar Trim Panel in this section.

  1. Detach the front door weatherstrip.

  1. Remove the hood latch release handle retaining screws.

  1. Remove the cowl side trim panel retaining screws.

  1. Remove the cowl side trim panel.
    • Lever open the covers to expose the screws.

Installation

  1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
