Detach the driver side front door opening weatherstrip from the A-pillar. | | | -
Detach the driver side A-pillar trim panel from the A-pillar. | | | -
Remove the sun visors (left-hand side shown). - Remove the retaining screws.
- Detach the sun visor from the retaining clip.
- Disconnect the vanity mirror illumination electrical connector (if equipped).

Remove the sun visor retaining clip covers (left-hand side shown). | | | -
Remove the sun visor retaining clips (left-hand side shown). | | | -
Detach the interior lamp from the headliner. | | | -
Remove the headliner retaining screws. | | | -
Partially lower the headliner. | | | -
Remove the auto-dimming interior mirror trim panel. | | | -
Remove the auto-dimming interior mirror. - Disconnect the electrical connector.
- Rotate the auto-dimming interior mirror couterclockwise.

To install, reverse the removal procedure. | | |
