Position the speed control actuator assembly aside. - Disconnect the electrical connector.
- Detach the wire harness.
- Remove the 3 nuts and position the speed control actuator aside.
1. To install, tighten to 7 Nm (62 lb-in). | | | -
Remove the 2 compressor manifold and tube assembly bracket nuts. - To install, tighten to 8 Nm (71 lb-in).

Disconnect the compressor manifold and tube spring lock coupling at the suction accumulator. - Discard the O-ring seals.

Remove the condenser core inlet fitting nut and disconnect the condenser core inlet fitting. | | | -

If equipped, disconnect the engine block heater. | | | -
Disconnect the A/C compressor electrical connector. | | | -
Remove the compressor manifold bolt. - To install, tighten to 20 Nm (15 lb-ft).

Remove the compressor manifold and tube assembly. - Discard the O-ring seals.

To install, reverse the removal procedure. - Install new O-ring seals.
- Lubricate the refrigerant system with the correct amount of clean PAG oil. For additional information, refer to
