Tilt the 2 rear seat cushions to the forward position. | | | -

Remove the 3 rear carpet pin-type retainers and position the carpet aside. | | | -
Remove the 2 nuts and bolt from the 40 percent rear seat backrest bracket. - To install, tighten to 40 Nm (30 lb-ft).

Position the 40 percent seat backrest to the upright position. | | | -
Release the latch and tilt the 40 percent rear seat cushion to the forward position. | | | -
Remove the bolt from the 40 percent rear seat backrest bracket and remove the 40 percent rear seat backrest. - Position the safety belt buckle through the guide.
- To install, tighten to 40 Nm (30 lb-ft).
| 60 percent rear seat backrest | | -
Remove the nut from the 60 percent rear seat backrest bracket. - To install, tighten to 40 Nm (30 lb-ft).

Position the 60 percent rear seat backrest to the upright position. | | | -
Release the latch and tilt the 60 percent rear seat cushion to the forward position. | | | -
Remove the rear seat safety belt anchor bolt. - To install, tighten to 48 Nm (35 lb-ft).

Remove the bolt from the 60 percent rear seat backrest bracket and remove the backrest. - Position the safety belt through the guide.
- To install, tighten to 40 Nm (30 lb-ft).
