	205-295 Remover, Bearing (Main Tool)
	308-044 Installer, Transmission Extension Housing Bushing/Seal
	308-046 Installer, Transmission Extension Housing Bushing/Seal
	308-195 Collet for 205-295
	308-196 Collet for 205-295
	308-230 Support Plate, Gear Removal (Dia 85.1 mm)

Disassembly

CAUTION:Use vise jaw protectors.

Remove the following items:
1. Roller bearing
  
  Special Tool(s): 205-295, 308-195
1. Discard the snap ring.

CAUTION:The detent balls are spring-loaded. Take care when removing the selector ring from the synchronizer hub.

NOTE:Note the position of each component before removal.

Disassemble the following items:
1. Selector ring
1. Synchronizer body
1. Compression springs
1. Blocker bars
1. Detent balls

Assembly

CAUTION:Use vise jaws protectors.

Lubricate the synchronizer rings with manual transmission fluid before assembly.

Material: Transmission Fluid

Assemble the following items:
1. Compression springs
1. Blocker bars and detent balls
1. Selector ring

Install the following items:
1. Install a new snap ring.
1. The roller bearing must not be lubricated.
