Mustang V8-302 5.0L COBRA (1995)
REMOVAL
1. Remove rear seat cushion.
2. Remove anchor bolt from front floor pan.
3. Remove luggage compartment forward trim panel.
4. Remove safety belt retractor anchor-to-front floorpan bolt.
5. Remove safety belt anchor end through the seat back boot and remove safety belt assembly through luggage compartment.
INSTALLATION
1. To install, reverse Removal Procedure. make sure that locating tabs on safety belt webbing guide are located in holes in webbing guide bracket.
2. Make sure safety belt webbing is not twisted. If it is remove the twist.
3. Tighten rear safety belt front anchor bolt and rear retractor anchor bolt to 30-40 Nm (22-30 lb ft).
4. Check restraint system for proper operation.
