Disconnect EGR tube from EGR valve.

Remove five (5) throttle body adapter retaining bolts, then remove throttle body, throttle body adapter and EGR valve as an assembly.

Disconnect DPFE sensor vacuum lines and electrical connector. Refer to Figure 4.
13.
Disconnect EVR solenoid vacuum line and electrical connector. Refer to Figure 4.
14.
Remove two (2) DPFE sensor/EVR solenoid bracket retaining bolts, then remove bracket assembly. See Figure 4.
15.
Remove fuel pressure regulator vacuum line.
16.
Using quick-disconnect tool T9OT-9550-B (3/8") or T9OT-9550-C (1/2"), disconnect both supply and return fuel lines.
17.
Disconnect fuel injectors, and engine coolant temperature sensor electrical connectors.
18.
Disconnect wiring harness ground from fuel supply manifold stud, then disengage fuel injector wire harness retainer and position wiring harness
out of the way.
19.
Remove two (2) bolts and one (1) nut securing the shield around the fuel pressure regulator.
