Exhaust Manifold: Service and Repair
REMOVAL
1. Disconnect the battery ground cable.
2. Disconnect the Intake Air Temperature Sensor (IAT sensor).
3. Remove the air cleaner outlet tube.
4. Disconnect the EGR transducer hoses from the EGR transducer.
5. Loosen the fitting at the EGR valve and disconnect the fitting at the exhaust manifold.
6. Disconnect the three way catalytic converter from the exhaust manifold.
