Removal and Installation

  1. Repair parts
    • Lamp mounting panel

Removal

  1. General Notes
    • Quarter panel and back panel are already removed before commencing the repair.
    • Move carpets and wiring out of the working area.

  1. Lamp mounting panel
    1. Mill out the spot welds.
    1. Mill out the spot welds from below.

Installation

NOTE:
NOTE:The lamp mounting panel must be fitted with the quarter panel, rear lamp and bumper installed.
  1. Lamp mounting panel
    • Resistance spot weld.
