Select a suitable template and cut out the marked areas. | | | -
Place the template on the lens. The optical centre must be placed exactly on the symbol on the lens. | | | -
Mark the outline of the area concerned with a suitable pen and remove the template. | | | -
Tape over the marked areas with insulating tape or paint over with a suitable headlamp paint. - The areas to be covered on a right-hand headlamp (right-hand drive vehicle shown).

Repeat steps 1 to 4 on the left-hand headlamp. - The areas to be covered on a left-hand headlamp (right-hand drive vehicle shown).
