Taurus X FWD V6-3.5L (2008)
30. Remove the 3 bolts and position aside the power steering pump.
31. Remove the 3 bolts and the accessory drive belt tensioner.
32. Remove the 4 nuts (3 shown) and the LH catalytic converter.

Discard the nuts and the gasket.
