WARNING:
The fuel tank manual valves must be closed and fuel line pressure released before attempting any repairs. Failure to follow this instruction may result in personal injury.
1. Depressurize the CNG system. For additional information, refer to Fuel System Pressure Release in this section.
2. Disconnect the start inhibit switch electrical connector.
3. Disconnect the CNG shrouding from the fuel tank filler valve (one clamp).
4. Disconnect the high‐pressure fuel line from the fuel tank filler valve.
5. Remove the filler cap.
6. Remove the fuel tank filler valve.

NOTE:
Make sure a waterproof seal is made around the filler lip using body mastic. Clean off excess sealer when clamped.
7. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
