Removal and Installation
Remove
1. Remove the exhaust manifold to EGR valve pipe (refer to Operation Number 23 301 0).
2. Remove the EGR valve (refer to Operation Number 23 312 0).

3. Detach the wiring loom from the supporting bracket.
4. Drain the cooling system (refer to Operation Number 24 122 0).

5. Detach the coolant hoses EGR charge cooler.

6. Remove the EGR charge cooler bracket retaining bolts.

7. Remove the EGR charge cooler retaining bolts.

8. Remove the EGR charge cooler.
Install
9. Refit the components in the reverse order.
