Remove

CAUTION:

Disconnect the battery negative lead.

1. Remove the exhaust manifold to EGR valve pipe clamp.

2. Unscrew the exhaust manifold to EGR valve pipe flange retaining bolts.

3. Remove the exhaust manifold to EGR valve pipe.
Install
4. Refit the components in the reverse order.
   Fit a new exhaust manifold to EGR valve pipe gasket; do not attempt to refit the old one.
