Removal and Installation
Remove

CAUTION:

Disconnect the battery negative lead.

1. Remove the vacuum hose.

2. Remove the vacuum hose.

3. Remove the exhaust manifold to EGR valve pipe clamp.

4. Unscrew the EGR valve retaining bolts.

5. Remove the EGR valve.
Install
6. Refit the components in reverse order.
   Fit a new EGR valve gasket; do not attempt to refit the old one.
