Removal and Installation

Removal
  1. Remove the air cleaner outlet pipe.

  1. Detach the accelerator cable from the throttle body.

  1. Detach the acceleration cable bracket from the throttle body and position it to one side.

  1. Disconnect the vacuum line from the throttle body.

  1. Remove the throttle body retaining bolts.

  1. Disconnect the throttle position (TP) sensor electrical connector and remove the throttle body.
    • Discard the O-ring seal.

Installation

  1. NOTE:
    NOTE:Install a new throttle body O-ring seal.
    To install, reverse the removal procedure.
