Disconnect the battery ground cable. For additional information, refer to Section  414-02 Generator and Regulator.

Detach the alternative fuel control module bracket from the steering column.

Remove the tie strap from the alternative fuel control module bracket.

Detach the alternative fuel control module from the alternative fuel control module bracket.

Disconnect the alternative fuel control module electrical connectors and remove the alternative fuel control module.

To install, reverse the removal procedure.
