Removal and Installation

Removal

  1. Disconnect the battery ground cable. For additional information, refer to Section  414-01 Battery, Mounting and Cables.

  1. Remove the engine oil filler pipe.

  1. Remove the intake air resonator retaining bolts.

  1. Remove the air cleaner outlet pipe and intake air resonator assembly.

  1. Disconnect the glow plug wire electrical connector.

  1. Detach the glow plug wire terminal block.

  1. Disconnect the glow plug electrical connectors and remove the glow plug wires.

Installation
  1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
