Using suitable pieces of wire, support the radiator.

Raise and support the vehicle. For additional information, refer to Section  100-02 Jacking and Lifting.

Disconnect the charge air cooler intake pipe from the charge air cooler.

Disconnect the charge air cooler outlet pipe from the charge air cooler.

Disconnect the temperature and manifold absolute pressure (T-MAP) sensor electrical connector.

Disconnect the horn electrical connector.

Remove the horn and bracket assembly.

Remove the radiator support bracket lower bolt.

Remove the radiator support bracket right-hand retaining bolts.

Remove the radiator support bracket.

Remove the charge air cooler.

To install, reverse the removal procedure.
