Remover/Installer, Cooling Hose Clamp

1. Remove the blower motor resistor.
   1. Disconnect the electrical connector.
   2. Remove the bolts.

2. Remove the blower motor.
   1. Disconnect the electrical connector.
   2. Disconnect the resistor cooling hose.
   3. Remove the bolts.

3. Remove the auxiliary heater control valve module.
   1. Disconnect the electrical connector.
   2. Remove the bolts.

4. Remove the blend door actuator.
   1. Disconnect the electrical connector.
   2. Remove the bolts.
   3. Disconnect the actuator connecting linkage.

5. Using the special tool, disconnect the heater hoses and remove the auxiliary heater control valve.

6. Remove the auxiliary climate control lower housing.
   1. Remove the bolt.
   2. Remove the seven clamps.
   3. Remove the refrigerant line support bracket.
   4. Separate the auxiliary climate control lower housing.

7. Remove the evaporator core.

8. Separate the auxiliary climate control upper housing.
   1. Remove the seven clamps.
   2. Remove the gasket.

9. Disassemble the auxiliary climate control upper housing.

10. Remove the auxiliary heater core.

1. To assemble, reverse the disassembly procedure.
