Removal and Installation

Removal

  1. Remove the rear door trim panel. For additional information, refer to Section  501-05 Interior Trim and Ornamentation.

  1. NOTE:
    NOTE:Do not touch the adhesive surface as re-bonding will be impaired
    Detach the watershield from the rear door panel.

  1. Detach the exterior rear door handle cable.
    1. Detach the outer cable from the handle.
    1. Disconnect the inner cable from the handle.

  1. Remove the exterior rear door handle.
    • Remove the rivets.

Installation

  1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
