Place template over right side of inner panel, then trace outline of template on inner panel. Refer to Figure 2.

Place template over left side of inner panel, then trace outline of template on inner panel. See Figure 2.

NOTE: Be careful not to damage outer hood. Hood must be replaced, if damage occurs. Using full face shield and a one (1) inch cutting wheel or
similar cutting device, cut out tracings made by template. These two holes provide access to the inner and outer hood panels.

Using putty knife, separate inner and outer hood panels by cutting through mastic between points shown in Figure 3.
