Identify the hood insulator and cowl vent to determine if it is the old or the revised level. Refer to Figures 1, 2 and 3 for identification.

Replace the hood insulator and/or cowl vent if applicable. Refer to the appropriate Section of the 1995 Windstar Service Manual for the proper
removal and installation procedures.
6.
If the conditions in Steps 1 through 3 are not applicable, refer to the Radio Diagnostic Section 15-00 of the 1995 Windstar Service Manual.
