Housing/Spider Assembly
6. Install housing over spider assembly, then relieve any air pressure built up in front wheel driveshaft joint boot by inserting dulled screwdriver
blade between housing (tri-lobe insert) and front wheel driveshaft joint boot to allow air pressure to escape.
Driveshaft & Joint Assembly Lengths
7. Move driveshaft joint in and out as necessary to adjust to length specified.
8. With driveshaft joint adjusted to correct dimension and trapped air released from driveshaft joint boot, position driveshaft joint boot clamp over
boot end, then locate clamp tabs in slots while tightening front wheel driveshaft joint boot clamp by hand.
