A/C Liquid Hose/Line
Liquid Lines
NOTE: Whenever a refrigerant line is replaced, it will be necessary to replace the suction accumulator/drier.
REMOVAL
1. Recover A/C refrigerant system. See: Heating and Air Conditioning/Service and Repair/Discharging and Recovery
2. Remove A/C air inlet duct.
3. Locate the condenser to evaporator tube assembly.
4. Disconnect the spring lock couplings at the A/C evaporator core, and the A/C condenser core using Spring Lock Coupling Disconnect Tool (3/4
inch) T85L-19623-A.
5. Remove the condenser to evaporator tube from vehicle.
INSTALLATION
1. To install, reverse Removal procedure.

REMOVAL
1. Disconnect the battery ground cable.
