Installation Procedure

1. Install the temperature valve actuator.
2. Install the temperature valve actuator retaining screws.
3. Install the instrument panel carrier. 
4. Reposition the steering column and install the steering column retaining nuts.

Tighten
Tighten to 30N.m(22 lb ft).

5. Install the knee deflector. 
6. Install the HVAC control assembly. 
7. Install the radio. 
8. Install the instrument panel cluster. 
9. Connect the driver side SIR. 

10. Install the BCM. 
11. Install the lower left instrument panel mounting bolt.

Tighten
Tighten to 11.5N.m(102 lb in).

12. Install the knee bolster. 
13. Install the left side instrument panel sound insulator. 
14. Install the center instrument panel sound insulator. 
15. Install the windshield defroster grille.
16. Install the windshield defroster grille retaining screws.
17. Install the right and left speaker grilles.
18. Install the lower right instrument panel mounting bolt.

Tighten
Tighten to 11.5N.m(102 lb in).

19. Connect the passenger side SIR. 
20. Install the instrument panel storage compartment. 
21. Install the right side instrument panel sound insulator. 
22. Check circuit operation.
