Sierra 3500 Denali 2WD V8-6.0L (2011)
6. Release the front park brake cable conduit (1) from the frame by compressing the locking tabs.
7. Route the front parking brake cable out of the body mount bracket on the frame.
8. Lower the vehicle.
9. Remove the left side body hinge pillar trim panel. Refer to Body Hinge Pillar Trim Panel Replacement (See: Body and Frame/Interior Moulding /
Trim/Trim Panel/Service and Repair/Body Hinge Pillar Trim Panel Replacement).
10. Remove the left side instrument panel electrical center/junction block. Refer to Instrument Panel Electrical Center or Junction Block Replacement

Center or Junction Block Replacement - Left Side).
11. Carefully position aside the front floor carpet to expose the front park brake cable pass-through grommet.
12. Release the front park brake cable pass-through grommet (1) from the floor panel.
13. Disconnect the park brake indicator switch electrical connector.
14. Remove the parking brake release handle, if equipped. Refer to Parking Brake Release Handle Assembly Replacement (See: Parking Brake
Release Handle Assembly Replacement).
15. Remove the parking brake lever pedal nuts (1).
16. Pull the front park brake cable through the floor panel and remove the parking brake lever pedal and front cable assembly.
