1. With engine thoroughly warmed up, remove air crossover and install screened covers, tool J-26996-2 or equivalent.
2. Remove fuel return pressure tap plug or torque screw, 

Figs. 62, 63 and 64. If equipped with torque screw, add a second nut to the locknut and

back out screw to avoid disturbing the adjustment.

3. Remove the seal from the pressure tap plug or torque screw and place seal on pressure tap adapter J-29382. Screw pressure tap adapter into

pressure tap hole in pump, then screw adapter J-28526 into J-29382 adapter.

4. Attach a suitable low pressure gauge to J-28526 adapter.
