Vacuum Controller: Testing and Inspection
Flow Solenoid

Using a suitable ohmmeter, check for continuity between A and B terminals, Fig. 7. If no continuity, replace solenoid.

Connect a suitable vacuum pump to solenoid as shown in Fig. 8, then draw vacuum. Solenoid should retain vacuum. If not, replace solenoid.
