10. Remove three retaining screws and detent balls.
11. Remove back-up light switch.

12. Remove thirteen housing bolts.

13. Loosen the transmission housing by tapping on bosses around its edge with a soft hammer. Remove the attachment from the remover then screw its

threaded end into the hole in the transmission housing as shown. Expand the snap ring while tapping upward on the case using the bearing remover
