Check that the retractor locking mechanism functions correctly.

Make sure you assemble the washers and collars on the upper and lower anchor bolts properly.

Before installing the anchor bolts, make sure there are no twists or kinks in the second seat belt.

Seat belt buckle removal (removable-type second seat): 

1. Remove the center cover from the second seat.
