8. Disconnect the three clock spring connectors. Release the three clips and remove the clock spring.

9. Disconnect one connector and remove the Turn Signal Switch.

10. Using a hand file or dremel tool, file the rear edge of the square opening in the steering column until there is a 2.5 mm +/- 0.5mm clearance to the
