Recall - Proof of Correction" forms, free of charge. Additional labels, tags and forms may be ordered from the PDC, free of charge.

NOTE: Submit claims using the campaign claim screen.

Reprogramming Procedure

REPROGRAMMING PROCEDURE:

1. 

Remove the Data Link Connector (DLC) cable from the Hi-Scan and attach the Reprogramming Adapter.

2. 

Connect the 8 pin adapter to the Reprogramming Adapter.
