For 2003 Model Year Vehicles: Install the new Seat Lifter Motor Assembly onto the Seat Adjust Assembly. Tighten the Nuts (N) & Bolts (B) to
the specified torque in the following sequence: B1, N2, N3, B4, B5, B6, B7. See Figure 36.

Tighten the 5 Bolts and 2 Nuts to: 17.6 - 26.5 Nm (1.79 - 2.7 kg.m, 12.98 - 19.5 ft-lb).

For 2004 & 2005 Model Year Vehicles: Re-install the old Seat Lifter Motor Assembly onto the Seat Adjust Assembly. Tighten the Nuts/Bolts as
specified above.

Remove the Seat Adjust Assembly from the floor of the vehicle.
