Removal and Installation

RADIATOR CORE SUPPORT

Removal and Installation

REMOVAL
1. Use refrigerant collecting equipment to discharge the refrigerant. Refer to See: Heating and Air Conditioning/Service and

Repair/Procedures/Refrigerant.

2. Remove floor under cover. Refer to See: Interior Moulding / Trim/Service and Repair/Floor Side Fairing/Removal and Installation.
3. Remove front bumper fascia, front bumper fascia lower, energy absorber and bumper reinforcement. Refer to See: Bumper/Front Bumper/Service

and Repair/Removal and Installation.

4. Drain engine coolant from radiator.

VQ35HR models: Refer to See: Engine, Cooling and Exhaust/Cooling System/Coolant/Service and Repair/Draining.

VK50VE models: Refer to See: Engine, Cooling and Exhaust/Cooling System/Coolant/Service and Repair/Draining.

5. Remove engine coolant reservoir tank. Refer to See: Engine, Cooling and Exhaust/Cooling System/Radiator/Service and Repair/Removal and

Replacement/Exploded View.

6. Remove air guide lower (LH/RH).
7. Remove air guide upper (LH/RH).
8. Remove front combination lamp (LH/RH). Refer to See: Lighting and Horns/Headlamp/Service and Repair/Exploded View.
9. Disconnect hood lock switch connector from head lamp bracket (RH).

10. Remove mounting bolts and then remove head lamp bracket (LH/RH).
