Inspect the galvanized steel tailgate support cables following the steps below.
Note:
Please use caution when performing this inspection. We recommend that you inspect your cables now and whenever using the tailgate.
Important:
Pay close attention to the middle of the cable (the bend point in the closed position), inspect both tailgate cables for any of the following conditions:
