i-290 2WD L4-2.9L (2008)
1. Apply sealant GM P/N 12346004 (Canadian P/N 10953480) or equivalent to the heater outlet hose fitting threads.
Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice.
2. Install the heater outlet hose fitting.
Tighten the heater outlet hose fitting to 45 N.m (33 lb ft).
3. Install the heater hose outlet to the heater pipe inlet.
4. Using the J 38185, reposition the heater hose outlet clamp to the heater pipe inlet.
5. Install the exhaust heat sheild. Refer to Exhaust Manifold Heat Shield Replacement (LLV - 2.9L) (See: Engine, Cooling and Exhaust/Exhaust
