Exhaust Pipe: Service and Repair
Tailpipe
REMOVAL
NOTE:
^
Remove battery negative cable.
^
Raise the vehicle and support with suitable safety stands.
1. Tail pipe fixing nuts
^
Disconnect rear exhaust pipe at muffler
2. Mounting rubber
3. Rear exhaust pipe
INSTALLATION
^
To install follow the removal steps in the reverse order, noting the following points.
^
Tighten the rear exhaust pipe fixing nuts to 43 Nm (32 ft. lbs.).
