7. NOTE: Support the axle assembly.
Remove the axle front retaining bolts.

Remove the vibration damper bracket.
8. Remove the axle assembly rear retaining bolt.
9. CAUTION: Make sure CV joints do not exceed 18 degrees from the center line.
Lower the differential.
