03. Unbolt beam as indicated (6 x 10 mm bolts).

Note:  Bolts are pre-coated to inhibit galvanic corrosion and are reusable only if coating is undamaged.

Remove and fit new panel.

Refit 6 x 10 mm bolts.

Torque settings:   
-

Front beam to crush tube -6 x 10 mm bolts, 22 Nm. 

04. Install MET items in reverse order.

On completion of panel replacement, the following checks should be carried out:
1. Panel gaps. 
2. Hinge operation. 
3. Lock alignment. 
4. MET operation.
