Mark two lines parallel with the inside edges of the wheel arch liner using the dimensions shown in Illustration 1.
3.
Drill a 4.75 mm (3/16 inch) diameter hole through the liner and the body panel at the point where the two lines cross.
4.
Remove the brake cooling duct rear outlet finisher and the two clips retaining the liner to the body.
5.
Move the liner to access the new holes. Clean the holes and paint any exposed metal with a zinc rich paint.
6.
Refasten the liner and brake cooling duct.
7.
Fit an additional fastener (part number KTC 100007) through the hole in the liner into the body panel.
8.
Repeat the operation on the opposite wheel arch liner.
