6. Remove the rear cover bolts (3) and the rear cover (2), from the rear transfer case housing (1).
Rear Output Shaft Seal - Installation
INSTALLATION
NOTE: Lubricate all seals with MOPAR(R) ATF+4 prior to installation.
REAR OUTPUT SHAFT SEAL
1. Install a new rear output shaft seal (3) into the rear cover with Installer C-4210 (2) and handle C-4171 (1).
