Check along all brake tubes and hoses for any contact with sharp edges of any surrounding components. Reposition the tubes or hoses as
necessary to eliminate such contact.

Fill the master cylinder reservoir to the V-shaped MAX Fill mark with clean
Mopar brake fluid or an equivalent with SAE 1703 and DOT 3 ratings.

Connect the battery.

Turn the ignition switch to the on position to start the brake booster pump.
Apply the brake pedal several times to distribute fluid through the system. Refill the master cylinder reservoir as necessary after this
step.
NOTE:
It takes approximately 80 seconds for the pump to fully charge the system. The pump will shut off when the system is fully charged.
CAUTION:
Do not let the pump run dry while it is running. The pump can be severely damaged if it runs dry for any length of time. Check the reservoir fluid level
frequently and add fluid as needed.

Raise the vehicle on a hoist.
At this time -- prior to bleeding the brake system - inspect the routing of both front brake hoses to ensure that there is adequate clearance to the front
tires:

If both front hoses are routed as shown in Figure 33 (looped away from the tire/wheel), the routing is correct and no further hose service is
required.

If either hose is routed as shown in Figure 34 (looped towards the tire/wheel), replace the hose and ensure that the replacement is properly routed
(away from the tire/wheel), as shown in Figure 33. Order brake hose PN 52007582 (right side) or 52007583 (left side) as necessary.
7.
Thoroughly bleed the rear and front brakes to clear any contaminants from the brake lines, following the applicable Service Manual procedures.
8.
Check for leaks at all tube fittings, plugs, hoses, and bleed screws.
Reinstall Window Washer Reservoir
