Locate the ballast resistor as shown in Figure 9 and mark the dash panel for screw location. Using a 5.0 mm (13/64 in.) twist drill, drill a hole and
attach the ballast resistor (L - Fig. 9) to the air plenum, as shown, using the screw from the kit.

Remove the washer reservoir by removing three mounting screws and the electrical connector

Using a 1/4-inch socket, loosen the retaining bolt in the center of the bulkhead connector (M - Fig. 10). Disconnect the bulkhead connector.
20.
Pry the plastic locking tab (N - Fig. 10) from the bulkhead connector.
