Insert a paper clip (or awl) into cavity C4 (Fig. 11), from the bulkhead side, to release the locking tab of the terminal. Remove the orange w/tr wire
from cavity C4 of the bulkhead connector

Install terminal P (Fig. 3) of the new harness into the bulkhead connector cavity C4, where the orange w/tr wire was removed.

Install the plastic locking tab (N) into the bulkhead connector.
24.
Install the bulkhead connector and tighten the bolt in the center to 6.8 N-m (60 in.lbs) torque. Do not overtighten.
25.
Locate the loose connector (Q - Fig. 3) in the resistor kit. Open the locking tabs on the connector, open the connector and insert the wire that was
removed from cavity C4 (orange w/tr). Close and snap the locking tabs on the connector.
