Idle Speed/Throttle Actuator - Electronic: Testing and Inspection
Inspection
1. Verify that the ignition switch is OFF.
2. Disconnect the IAC Valve Connector.
3. Measure IAC Valve resistance.
Specification: at 68°F (20°C)
Terminal ... Ohms
1-2 ... 18.5-20.1
1-3 ... 35.3 - 36.9
2-3 ... 16.0-17.6
4. If not as specified, replace the IAC Valve.
