1996 Sportage Accelerator Pedal Recall
Some 1996 Sportage EX models have accelerator pedal assemblies that may stick under certain conditions which could cause loss of vehicle control and
result in an accident. To correct this safety-related defect, Kia is recalling those affected 1996 Sportage vehicles.
Be advised that under applicable law, you may not sell or otherwise deliver an affected 1996 Sportage until you have inspected and repaired it pursuant
to the procedures set forth in this bulletin.
